This is the question that inspired me to create The Future Memories Meditation Series. It's based on a practice designed to help you shift from replaying old patterns to intentionally shaping what's next.
Inspired by Dr Joe Dispenza's work, I've simplified the process of training your brain to think forward, not backward.
Here's the science: By age 35, we have 60,000-70,000 thoughts a day, and 90% are the same thoughts as yesterday. That means most of us are just reliving the past, not designing the future.
This meditation series guides you through four powerful phases:
