6 Insights from Dr Zach's Costa Rica Retreat
Last week, I found myself deep in the Costa Rican jungle with Dr Zach
Bush and 120 others, attending his powerful new experience, Beyond
Biology.
Here are some insights I jotted down, to share with you in today's
newsletter:
With Dr Zach Bush: Physician specializing in internal medicine, endocrinology and
hospice care.

Nearly 90% of the group were women 45+. What I experienced is that
they are the most powerful humans walking the planet.

Zach's mind is like a frequency tower. Ask him one question, and an
hour later, you're still swimming in insight. One of the most profound
ideas he shared was this:
You are the medicine. The wisdom, healing, and answers you're
searching for aren't external, they're coded into you. When sperm
meets egg and life begins, the energy released is 10,000 times greater
than that of the sun. That's who we are. Technology has nothing on us.

Do you believe in the myth of parental perfection? Zach shattered
it! Your parents didn't "make" you, they were merely vessels. You wove
yourself. Holding them responsible for what they couldn't give us, is
not only unfair, it's also disempowering.

Across the seven days, we dove into nature, relationships, and the
hidden intelligence of everything. Plants wired to instruments, literally
making music, reminded us that consciousness is everywhere.

Symbiosis isn't poetic, it's practical. Different beings living in
mutually beneficial relationships, is not just a beautiful or spiritual
metaphor. It's a real, functional, and necessary principle of how we
thrive.

And in a final moment of cosmic humor, my suitcase stayed in Houston
as I flew on to Dubai. It's rare for my luggage to go missing, but this
time, I just smiled and thought, "Perfect". I've left my baggage
behind.
